Services are delivered through
- Coaching in person or on line appreciating the balance between career, family and community responsibilities;
- Facilitating workshops addressing strategy, communication and leadership with individual, team, business and community development;
- Undertaking policy audits and reviews using surveys, interviews and focus groups;
- Facilitating volunteer outdoor development programs including – bushwalking, kayaking or nature conservation activities;
- Teaching Oriental Yoga classes; and
- Facilitating retreats in the natural environment.

Tony Gibson (coach/facilitator/teacher)
Tony has a passion for people from different cultures and communities and a love of the natural environment.
Tony’s experience includes financial services, government, health services, tertiary education, not for profits and more.
Tony has qualifications in leadership, management and training with a Master of Business, Bachelor of Economics and Certificate IV in Training and Asssessment. He uses tools like Myers Briggs (MBTI – accredited provider) to help you understand your behavioural preferences and type.
Tony led a team that won the Best Learning and Development category and was a finalist in the Best Change Management in national Human Resource Management awards in Australia. He is a member of the Australian Human Resource Management Institute.
Tony is committed to health and wellbeing being a qualified Yoga Chi Gung teacher with Yoga Australia. He believes in an approach that incorporates a healthy body, mind and spirit.
Volunteering on many projects, learning and development activities Tony feels this is great for giving back to the community and nature.
